Release Notes

Version 5.5

Lightning Folder Management Updates

  • Lightning folder management UI changed.
  • Buttons replaced some menu-based functions for adding, editing, moving, and deleting folders.
Version 5.4

Expanded Lightning Experience Functionality

  • Lightning Experience UI now provides most user functionality, including document uploading.
  • Some folder management and admin actions still open the Visualforce interface in a separate Lightning tab.
  • In the Lightning UI, users can upload documents using the button.
  • Users can add files from Salesforce, bulk download with the download icon, cut or move files, and remove or delete files with the trash icon.
  • In object-record mode, the Lightning component greys out folders that are empty of documents.
Known limitation: Subfolder behavior in object-record mode has a technical limitation that is expected to change in a future release.
Version 5.3

Replicator 2.0 and Folder Upload Updates

  • Replicator 2.0 works with Folderize version 5.3 and later.
  • Orgs on Folderize 5.3 or later should update Replicator.
  • Folder upload documentation applies to Folderize version 5.3 and later.
  • Users on Folderize version 5.2 are directed to older upload instructions.
  • A new Folderize API permission or class access may be needed for Replicator.
  • Custom permission or profile setups may need the SMF Folderize API User permission set or access to Apex class SMF_WS_FolderizeApi.
