Branding Updates
- Logos through out UI have been updated with the new logo identity.
- References to original company owner, Share Methods, has been replaced with the new owner name, MK Parnters.
- Links and directions now direct users to current Folderize website, folderizeapp.com and contact information.
Behind the Scenes
- Separated Discontinued edition from new Full Speed Edition. This is to allow no disruption to existing users of the discontinued edition, while allowing Folderize to focus on developing new features.
- Resolved a few minor bugs and made some stability improvements to ensure a smoother user experience.
Release Process Notes
- Major releases are pushed to all customers on rolling schedule based on Salesforce release cycles.
- Minor releases known as patches tend to target specific customers needing bug fixes or enhancements. If a minor release is relevant to all customers, it will be pushed to them.
- Sandbox environments receive updates two week before production.
- Release Notifications are sent out two weeks before Sandbox release dates.
Version Verification
To check your current version:
- Navigate to the Salesforce Setup. To get to click the Gear Icon found in the top right of the page.
- Check Setup → Installed Packages in Salesforce.
- Compare with the latest version on the AgentExchange page.
Manual Updates
For manual installation:
- Visit the Folderize AgentExchange page.
- Click Get It Now. No uninstallation required.
